Reishi – considered the “queen of mushrooms” used in Chinese medicines for at least 2000 years, Reishi has been considered one of the most potent and useful healing herbs.

I only WISH I could sit and talk with you – one on one about all the goodness that this monster shroom have to offer. A quick paragraph on the Royal Shroom won’t ever do her justice! One example: Reishi’s triterpenes (type of terpenoid) improve circulation and help every function in the body, from mental acuteness to physical appearance. If a product claims mushroom powers are in it – looks close at the ingredients: Reishi will be there. MY SHROOM: Reishi is BOMB in chocolate. A little dark shroom chocolate before bed is such a treat! Reishi spores are also my first remedy to allergies or feeling a cold coming on.
